  This rating is for the ATM machine recently installed.. While disappointed my bank's ATM is gone, I decided I needed cash & tried the new Allpoint ATM. $3 was too much for the transaction so I cancelled. The machine clamps down on the card during the transaction. When it was finished & was supposed to release my card it remained clamped on the edge of my card deepest in & damaged it - putting 2 small gashes in the plastic. I continued to the counter & showed the clerk what had just happened. She seemed to think it was funny & offered no follow-up even after I suggested Allpoint need to be contacted, my card may have to be replaced & someone else may experience the same thing. I took a picture of the machine on my way out then I called the 1-800#. After extensive automated wrangling & a long wait to get to a live person, I was again given a "who cares" attitude & told I needed to provide the street address ((I provided everything but the street #). So I looked up the street #. After more waiting I was flatly told a technician would check it out. Poor customer service on this issue by both Speedway & Allpoint.
